Our Engineering Services Division provides services of highly experienced and motivated Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Design Draftsmen who have the advantage of many years of practical application and testing of their skills.

Our engineers have many years of both local and international experience in the mining, marine and construction industries for the design and engineering of:

• Winching equipment
• Shaft Systems
• Power Pack Units
• Underground Mining Equipment (Continuous Miners, Roadheaders, Shuttle Cars etc)

Many of our designs are manufactured in our workshop, this experience ensures our ethos of providing true “end-to-end” quality solutions.

Today the AWH engineering department has expanded and oriented its valuable resources to serve our customers using a wide range of engineering techniques. These include:

• Design calculations according to the Australian Standards.
• 3D Design and modelling equipment using advanced Autodesk Inventor & CAD.
• 3D Drafting and preparation of accurate workshop drawings.
